Refund Policy

1. Free resources

The 21-Day Money Traps Challenge is currently offered free of charge. Because no purchase is required, there is no payment to refund. If you cannot access the file, contact support and we will help with delivery.

2. Paid digital products

Paid Money Buster products may provide immediate access to downloadable files or other digital content. Unless a product page offers a more generous guarantee, digital purchases are final once access has been delivered, except in the eligible situations below or where applicable law requires otherwise.

3. Eligible refund situations

You may request a refund when:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• The purchased file cannot be accessed and support cannot provide a working replacement.
• The file is materially defective or materially different from its description at checkout.
• A refund is required by applicable law.

A change of mind after successful delivery, failure to use the product, or dissatisfaction with results that were never guaranteed normally does not qualify for a refund.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@tradeplanet.me within 14 days of purchase. Include the purchaser's email address, order or receipt number, product name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send full payment-card details.

We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days. We may ask for reasonable information needed to locate the order or troubleshoot access before deciding the request.

5. Approved refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The payment processor or bank controls when the credit appears; this commonly takes several business days. Processing fees, currency conversion, and bank timing may be outside our control except where law requires otherwise.

6. Cancellations

One-time downloads

A one-time digital order cannot normally be cancelled after access has been delivered. If you contact us before delivery or fulfilment, we will review whether cancellation is still possible.

Future subscriptions

Money Buster does not currently sell a paid recurring subscription. If one is introduced, its billing period, renewal terms, price, and cancellation method will be shown before purchase. Cancellation will stop future renewals; it will not automatically refund the current period unless the offer or applicable law says otherwise.

7. Payment disputes

Contact support first so we can investigate duplicate charges or delivery problems quickly. This request does not limit any dispute or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

8. Policy changes and contact

The policy shown at the time of purchase applies to that order unless a later change is more favorable or applicable law requires otherwise. Questions can be sent to support@tradeplanet.me.
