1. Acceptance

By using Money Buster, subscribing to emails, or accessing a digital resource, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Educational purpose

Money Buster provides general educational information and communication examples. It is not individualized financial, legal, tax, investment, insurance, medical, credit-repair, or other professional advice. Examples may not fit your facts, location, contract, or applicable law.

You are responsible for reviewing the information that applies to your situation and obtaining qualified professional advice for consequential decisions. No result, saving, refund, settlement, approval, or outcome is promised.

3. Eligibility and accounts

The service is intended for adults who can legally agree to these terms. You must provide accurate contact and order information and must not use another person's identity or payment method without permission.

4. Email communications

When you request the challenge, you agree to receive the resource, daily challenge messages, and related Money Buster content. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in an email. Transactional or support messages may still be sent when needed to provide a requested product or service.

5. License for downloads

Unless a product page states otherwise, downloads are licensed to the purchaser or recipient for personal, non-commercial use. You may store them on your devices and print a personal copy. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share paid access, remove ownership notices, or present the material as your own.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the service unlawfully, deceptively, or to harm another person.
• Attempt to bypass security, interfere with the site, or access systems without authorization.
• Use automated methods to scrape, copy, or overload the service without written permission.
• Upload malicious code or misuse signup, support, referral, or payment systems.

7. Purchases and delivery

Any paid product page will describe the product, price, currency, delivery method, and material purchase conditions before checkout. Digital products are generally delivered by download link or email. Purchases are also subject to the Refund Policy and any clearly disclosed product-specific terms.

8. Intellectual property

Money Buster branding, site design, original text, scripts, downloads, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership is transferred to you. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

The service may rely on or link to third parties such as Beehiiv, Google, Stripe, and other websites. Their products, availability, content, and policies are controlled by them. A link does not mean we guarantee or endorse every statement on a third-party site.

10. Availability and warranties

We work to keep Money Buster accurate and available, but the service and materials are provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or a specific financial or negotiation result.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Money Buster will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from use of the service or reliance on educational examples. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes, suspension, and applicable rights

We may update features or these terms, suspend abusive access, or discontinue a resource. Updated terms apply from the date posted. Mandatory consumer protections and other non-waivable rights in your location continue to apply. Before paid products launch, the legal seller information applicable to checkout will be disclosed to the buyer.
